Each principal holds several standard-title roles and leads a supervised pod of Grok Bot agents. Agents run much of the operating rhythm. People hold every regulated, fiduciary and signing role.
Titles follow industry convention, so LPs, clients and counterparties can read the organization at a glance. Every hat has a named backup.

Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Phase 3 · PM of record for Zax Public Equities; Head of Trading.
Phase 2–3 · Editor of the Conviction Ledger; research product lead.
Phase 3 · Independent of the COO/CFO before the public fund and principal book trade.
MD names, photography and biographies are placeholders. One or two shared associates or analysts are added only once agent capacity and principal review time are exhausted.
Six management agents run the operating rhythm, each under a named human owner, and escalate by threshold. They never approve.
Weekly cadence, agendas, board and IC packs, OKR tracking, decision log.
Escalates when a decision is needed or an OKR is off track.
Cross-functional workflows: onboarding, fund closes, LP reporting, research publication; approval queues.
Escalates when a workflow stalls or queues exceed their size limit.
Close support, reconciliations against the administrator, cash alerts, budget vs. actual, vendors, KPIs.
Escalates on any break, cash threshold or variance.
Trade and e-comms surveillance, restricted and watch lists, pre-clearance triage, attestations.
Every potential exception. It can flag and hold, never clear.
LP CRM hygiene, DDQ and RFP first drafts, LP report drafts, meeting prep.
Any external send, any performance figure, any new LP.
Independent testing of every agent: citation and number checks, drift and permission-breach alerts.
Any failed check; monthly report to the Committee.
The Bench does analysis and production on assignment. Private-side and public-side pods run in separate data partitions with no shared memory, and every material output is reviewed by a human before it is used.
The delegation of authority makes the human-agent boundary explicit and auditable.
